Paris / Portrait in Paris
Portrait photographer in Paris
One person, one city, an hour when the light is good and the square is still quiet.
I photograph portraits in Paris for people who are visiting and for people who live here.
The Louvre works best early in the morning. The courtyard is nearly empty, the light is low, and the glass of the pyramid gives a clean background.
Other places I use often: the arcade of the Bir-Hakeim bridge, Place Vendôme, the terraces of the cafés, the streets of Passy with the tower in the distance.
You do not need to know how to pose. I direct the session from the first frame to the last.
